My wife and I found Ryan of His & Hers DJ at the Austin Wedding Extravaganza. He just exuded this confidence that he could run the reception without making it his personal show. We checked out other vendors at the Extravaganza and it was an easy selection for us. As we approached the wedding, we exchanged emails and met to make sure we were on the same page. The wedding reception went great - really smooth, even though we had different styles of music and different age groups present. Ryan was able to make it all flow together.
Leading up to the big day, we had many things on our mind about wedding and reception details, but in all honesty, there was no stress related to the DJ. At that point, we felt we had selected the best vendors and had confidence in them to execute. If you are looking to take one thing off that stress list in advance of the wedding, consider His & Hers. He was completely professional the whole time, and insistent on making sure he understood what we wanted on our big day. We were the focus of the evening - which is the way it should be on your wedding day.
